Most agencies charge $14,000–$20,000 upfront, before the first day. We don't. You pay a weekly fee while you and your caregiver find your groove. At one month - when the fit is confirmed - weekly billing converts to an annual placement fee, with no penalty for having paid slowly. If it isn't right, your exposure is minimal, and the search continues.
